Double Your Ads ("we", "us") operates doubleyourads.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information we collect

When you apply or purchase a sprint we collect your name, business details, offer URL, Meta ad account ID, and contact information. If you upload files (ad creatives, performance reports), those are stored securely in our cloud storage.

How we use it

We use your information solely to deliver the sprint service — producing hooks, communicating progress, and issuing refunds where applicable. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except the processors required to operate the service (Stripe for payments, Supabase for storage, Resend for email).

Data retention

Client records and uploaded files are retained for 12 months following sprint completion, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us directly.
